Postage

We make every effort to deliver all products to the United Kingdom within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside UK.

All post & packaging costs quoted are for UK delivery only. They cover Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery and appropriate packaging for each item. For overseas delivery, please contact us to discuss any additional charges.

Postage costs are determined by weight categories and relate to the Royal Mail published postage costs for Recorded delivery as published April 2005. The Lemon Tree reserves the right to change P&P costs accordingly when our 3rd parties alter their delivery or packaging costs.

P&P costs are reduced according to the number and type of items you purchase, on a sliding scale. The total cost for postage & packaging is stated separately in Your Basket before you continue to the Checkout to pay. Out of Stock

If part of your order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to discuss what you want us to do. If you want to receive a part order with more to follow, this can be arranged. There is usually no separate delivery charge. If for any reason it is necessary to make a charge, we will inform you before processing your order. This gives you the option to cancel.

Returns

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item; please contact us on returns@thelemontreeshop.com. All purchases at thelemontreeshop.com are covered by our 7 day unconditional money-back guarantee*.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). When you have contacted us you will receive an authorisation reference. Please include this in your returns parcel together with your original despatch note or else a note with your Order No, Name and Address on it. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault.

Damaged Goods

Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Refund

We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for returns and damaged items accepted by us within 30 days of return.
